Vårt team fokuserar på att förstå den terapeutiska potentialen och biomarkörspotentialen hos icke-kodande RNA vid vaskulära sjukdomar.

Molekylär kärlmedicin

Laboratoriet syftar till att bestämma mikroarkitekturen för aterosklerotiska plack med hjälp av multi-omics-metoder, såsom enskilda cell -, bulk- och rumslig RNA-sekvensering och proteomik. Genom att använda multi-omics-data siktar vi på att identifiera nya terapier och biomarkörer för kärlsjukdomar, såsom karotisartärsjukdomar och aortaaneurysm.
