OPAT – Outpatients Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy – A project to study effects, health economy, patient and provider perceptions of continuous infusion of antibiotics delivered by elastomeric pumps.
PrEP OPT – Optimised clinical implementation of PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis against HIV) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Stockholm, Sweden – A cohort study to assess how HIV preventive measures for MSM can be optimized, e.g. looking at risk behaviour, adverse effects, renal function.
PrEP SAD – A study of mental and sexual health among MSM using PrEP in Stockholm, Sweden.
PrEP Self – A study to follow up feasibility and perceptions of self-testing for STI and HIV among MSM using PrEP in Stockholm, Sweden.
SAP – A study of screening for anal cancer and cell dysplasia in MSM living with HIV.
Mpox-Ak – A study of prevalence of mpox and immunity acquired after infection and vaccination.
EURO-Sida – A cohort study of people living with HIV. All people living with HIV in Sweden are invited to participate in this European collaborative project.
CC Correct - Optimising antibiotic prophylaxis in arthroplasty to decrease the risk of prosthetic joint infections – A project to study whether the current standard dose of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis with cloxacillin used for hip and knee arthroplasty in Sweden is appropriate, or whether optimised/individualized dosing, could increase the number of patients reaching adequate concentrations thereby reducing the number of post-operative infections.
