Our research integrates multi-omics, single-cell and spatial transcriptomic data with clinical and pathological information to advance precision oncology in breast cancer and across tumour types. We combine AI-driven computational approaches with large-scale molecular datasets to investigate tumour heterogeneity, tumour microenvironment interactions, biomarker development, and aging-related changes in cancer biology.
