Lymphoma and Leukemia – Georgios Rassidakis' Group

The research of the group has been focusing on the study of anti-tumor immune response mechanisms in lymphomas aiming at uncovering novel targets for immunotherapy and small molecule therapeutics. In addition, the group has been investigating the mechanisms of lymphomagenesis, particularly of T-cell lymphomas (eg. ALK+ or ALK- ALCL). Assessment of the diagnostic, prognostic and predictive value of novel tissue-based biomarkers in Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas is also part of our research.
