Research groups in bioinformatics and systems biology

On this page we present research groups and units in the area of medical bioinformatics and systems biology at Karolinska Institutet. The list is compiled automatically from our research information database and is based on the Swedish standard classification of research subjects (SCB terminology). In some cases, we have simplified the terminology somewhat, combined adjacent research subjects into a joint list or added subjects from the MeSH terminology.
