Sarcoma Genomics – Felix Haglund de Flon's Group

The Sarcoma Genomics research group is focused on biomarker discovery and investigating the tumor biology of sarcoma. We strive to advance precision medicine and improve outcomes for sarcoma patients.

Our research

Our research focuses on sarcoma genomics, integrating clinical, translational, and preclinical studies to improve diagnostics and treatment strategies. We aim to identify novel biomarkers, tumor subtypes, and therapeutic targets through whole-genome and transcriptome sequencing (WGTS) and methylation profiling.
