In a paper published in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety, we show that biomass-derived PM2.5 organic extracts induce source-dependent oxidative and inflammatory responses and that these effects are strongly shaped by pulmonary epithelial-macrophage interactions.

In a review published in NPJ Precision Oncology, we discuss the integration of liquid biopsy and mutational signatures as a potential framework to address current limitations in precision oncology by enabling longitudinal detection of mutational processes that arise during tumor development and evolution.
