Growth and Metabolism – Sergiu-Bogdan Catrina's research group

The basic research is initiated by our clinical observations to find mechanisms behind the disease and to improve prevention and treatment. As all the ongoing projects, both those focused on basic research and the current clinical studies, in much are dealing with the same objectives, we anticipate that there in the future will be substantial cross-fertilization between all research projects leading to improved health.
