Teaching and learning is a co-creative arena for medical pedagogy that enables stimulating and enriching encounters between people, knowledge and practice. We are driven by curiosity to continuously learn and develop so that we can contribute to meaningful learning and contribute to KI's vision of working for better health for all.

The unit's four areas
Pedagogy in practice-integrated learning
The area is based on research, experience and contextual understanding of how we can create conditions for learning in the clinical context. We focus on creating conditions for high quality supervision of students in VIL and are imbued with a student-centred, person-centred and interprofessional approach.
We offer opportunities for competence development in pedagogy and contribute to the development of supervision models and educational processes in VIL. The area also works with targeted development projects for the development of conditions in learning environments in health care.
