I work as an educational developer and head of the pedagogy area within workplace bases learning (ViL). Our work aims to develop and implement evidence-based educational strategies that strengthen work integrated learning in clinical environments. The focus is on student

centered, personcentered, and interprofessional learning, with the goal of creating high-quality learning environments during clinical placements (VIL/VFU).

We provide coaching activities and pedagogical training, primarily for supervisors and teachers in clinical settings, in close collaboration with universities, regions, and municipalities. In partnership with healthcare organizations, we co-organize coaching activities tailored to local needs. We also highlight best practices in clinical learning and annually award the KLOK Prize to recognize organizations that place learning at the center of clinical practice.

Personally, I am actively involved in courses and workshops focusing on continuing education and pedagogical competence development for supervisors, teachers, and simulation instructors. I have extensive experience in supervising interprofessional student teams, providing continuing education for interprofessional supervisory teams, and applying simulation as a pedagogical method.

I am engaged in several pedagogical and interprofessional networks and working groups at local, national, and international levels. My pedagogical approach is grounded in constructivist and sociocultural theories, viewing learning as an active and social process.
