Ingrid Svensson
About me
I work closely with the Operations Director and take part in developing and coordinating UoL’s administrative support. My role spans both strategic and operational areas, serving as a link between UoL and Karolinska Institutet’s central administration (GVS). I am also responsible for HR matters within the unit.
Much of my work involves coordinating and improving administrative processes in collaboration with colleagues and external partners. I work with operational planning, resource allocation and follow-up, and I am also responsible for agreements related to UoL’s activities. An important part of my role is to lead initiatives related to competence development and quality improvement.
