OnkPat and Theme Cancer core facilities are available to staff at the Department of Oncology-Pathology as well as researchers within Theme Cancer in BioClinicum.
Most equipment is located in BioClinicum. Use of flow cytometry, IncuCyte, QuantstudioTM Flex Real Time PCR and Histology services incurs a user fee charged through the iLab booking system. All other instruments can be used free of charge.
The Core Unit at OnkPat is responsible for daily operations, repairs, and servicing of instruments and laboratory environments.
The Infrastructure group at OnkPat oversees formal decisions on repairs, upgrades, and purchases.
