General information

This bioprinter is useful if you want to culture your cells in 3-D in a variety of different matrices/scaffolds/bioinks. It needs some initial tuning when using it for the first time, but after you design a protocol or method that works for you, you can save it and just reuse it. You can then use your 3-D cultures for a variety of downstream applications, such as imaging, drug screening, western blotting, qPCR; proteomics, transcriptomics, etc.

The bioprinter BIO X Gen 3 Platform from Cellink has the following printheads: pneumatic, in temperature-controlled, thermoplastic and syringe pump. The software DNA STUDIO 4 is installed on the laptop connected to the Bioprinter as well as in the data analysis computer at U210066220

New users. Contact the responsible persons for an introduction and after that, contact Paula Mannström to be added for booking of the instrument.
