The Saving and Empowering Young Lives in Europe (SEYLE)

SEYLE var en randomiserad kontrollerad studie av interventioner som utformats för att främja den psykiska hälsan bland skolungdomar i Europa.

SEYLE-projektet utfördes mellan 2009 och 2012 och omfattade 11 europeiska länder: Estland, Frankrike, Irland, Israel, Italien, Rumänien, Slovenien, Spanien, Tyskland, Ungern och Österrike med NASP i Sverige som koordinator.

Studiens syfte var att utvärdera utfallet av olika åtgärdsprogram och rekommendera kulturellt anpassade metoder som främjar ungdomars psykiska hälsa. Insamlingen av material till SEYLE avslutades i sluten av 2011 och resultaten avrapporterades till EU i mars 2012. Studien har genererat en omfattande databas som analyserats och sammanfattats i ett antal publikationer under sedan 2012.
