Our mission
The HR Office provides strategic and operational support to the university management and core activities and supports, advises, trains and sets standards in areas such as employer policy, work environment and health, skills supply and salary management. It is also responsible for local collective agreements, pension and insurance issues for employees, as well as cross-functional skills development for managers and leaders.
