Rasmus Nylander

I work as a Health Promotion Specialist within KI Health Hub and am a licensed physiotherapist. I support employees and managers in health promotion at individual, group and organisational levels, focusing on physical activity, sustainable habits, recovery and balance in everyday life.

My work includes guidance on exercise and behaviour change, as well as workshops and other health promotion activities. I also collaborate with managers and teams to help create conditions that support health in the workplace.

I am responsible for the day-to-day operation of Solna campus gym and the other health promotion spaces on campus Solna. My responsibilities include activities, facilities, equipment and coach coordination. I am also the contact person for health ambassadors within the KI Solna campus area.
