About me
I work at the central HR department at Karolinska Institutet, focusing on driving organisational development, leadership development, and change management in close collaboration with KI’s management, HR, and managers.
My role covers two main areas of responsibility: Change and Transition, and Learning & Development.Change and Transition
As a specialist in Change and Transition, I work in collaboration with KI’s 21 departments.My areas of focus include:
- Change management, transition, and competence planning
- Career development and career transitions
- Offboarding with a focus on engagement and retention
- Culture development and sustainable employee engagement
- Strategic projects related to organisational change
- Strategic competence development initiatives based on transition funds, in close collaboration with union representatives
Learning & Development
I play a key role in coordinating and developing the HR department’s learning portfolio in the areas of leadership, HR, and organisational development.I work with:
- Strategic planning and quality assurance of training programmes
- Digitalisation and development of e-learning
- Identifying competence needs and measuring impact
- Procurement of training programmes, consultants, and suppliers
