Michaela Stadtlander

I work as an HR Specialist in the HR Office within Professional Services at Karolinska Institutet. My work focuses on strategic HR support and development, with particular emphasis on developing ways of working, processes, and communication within HR. My responsibilities include operational planning, development, change support, strategic workforce planning, and the development of HR processes.

Together with Maja Rudolphson at the Communications and Public Relations Office, I also work with Managers' Briefing, KI's communication for managers, focusing on making relevant information, support, and tools more accessible and useful in their role as managers.
