Psykologi GU pedagogik

The Unit for Pedagogy brings together the faculty at the Division of Psychology and focuses on developing and implementing research-based pedagogical methods. Our work is aimed at creating optimal learning structures and evaluating how we can effectively support our students in applying their theoretical knowledge in practice within healthcare settings through the scientist-practitioner model. The unit consists of a team of dedicated and active teachers, many of whom are also clinical supervisors for students in semester 9-10. Through our teaching and supervision, we integrate pedagogical research with clinical education to provide students with the best conditions to develop both academic and practical skills. This ensures that they are well-prepared to face the complex challenges within healthcare.

Our unit also conducts leading research in the field of clinical psychology, and we continuously strive to improve our teaching methods. By constantly evaluating and reflecting on our pedagogical approaches, we create a dynamic and up-to-date education of the highest quality, meeting the needs of the future.
