Patient in Universitetstandvården (University Dental Clinic)
Universitetstandvården consists of different clinics. The clinic where you are treated depends on the treatment you need.
We offer different types of care.
Lärarkliniken (Teacher Clinic)
The dentists and dental hygienists at Lärarkliniken train the dental professionals of the future - using the best technology available. Care is based on science and proven experience. You are welcome as a patient once you have reached the age of 24.
Lärarkliniken
Student dental care
Karolinska Institutet's students need to perform certain procedures on patients during their training as dentists or dental hygienists. Therefore, you can be treated by a student at our clinics, except at Specialistklinken and Lärarkliniken. All students are supervised.
You fill in an application form via the link "Become a patient of a student" below. One of our teachers will then assess whether your treatment needs match the training modules that students need to complete.
