MTC is organised through its administrative unit and research divisions. The administrative unit provides support in finance, HR, education, communications, and departmental operations, while the divisions lead the department's research activities. MTC is led by the Head of Department, supported by Vice Heads, Deputy Head of Department, the Head of Administration, and the MTC Management Group. Together, they oversee the department's strategy, operations, finances, research, education, infrastructure, and administrative functions.
MTC Management Group
The MTC Management Team is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the department. The team meets regularly to discuss departmental priorities, resource allocation, infrastructure, education, recruitment, and research strategy, ensuring that MTC continues to provide a supportive and high-quality environment for research and education.
