Finance at CNS
We help with research group budgets, agreements regarding grants and commissions, general financial matters regarding e.g. INDI, accounts, bookings etc as well as expenses and invoice handling.
Our administrators have different responsibilities divided into; Neuro, Centre for Psychiatry Research, Psychology, Insurance Medicine, Eyes & Vision and Imaging Core Facilities. However, cases regarding travel expenses, subject compensation, expenses and invoice handling are always referred to our administrators.
Examples of issues where we can assist:
- Electronic Invoice Management (EFH). Which includes training in Agressowebb, review of invoices, reminders, debt collection and general issues.
- Subject allowances, travel expenses and expenses. Review of dossiers and general issues.
- Travel booking, arrange login and permissions.
- Research group budget, we help you with budget, calculations and ongoing follow-up of your finances.
- Grant and assignment agreements, we help you with review of terms and conditions and monitoring important milestones (reporting, requisition, invoicing).
- General economic issues. INDI, organization number, accounts, rebookings and more.

Joakim Airaxin leads CNS finance unit and supports head of department, head of administration and the department heads in economic matters. Joakim is also a member of the department board.
