Mental health and psychiatric care utilization in minority groups – Team Hollander

In Team Hollander we focus on mental health and psychiatric care utilisation in minority groups. The gaps in understanding the relation between migration and mental health remain a challenge as the effect of migration on mental health is complex, arising from multiple determinants. The underutilisation of evidence based psychiatric care among minorities as compared with the majority population in high income countries is a stark health inequity.
