Research

My research is broadly focused on multicultural health, trauma, and other
social determinants of health and disparities among migrants and medically
underserved populations. One particular focus of my doctoral research is on
assessing the trends and relationships in multiple countries between
childhood trauma and adversity (including adverse childhood experiences),
mental health, and other determinants including nativity using
epidemiological and multi-disciplinary approaches.
