ALGOSH: Researchers
We are an international group of researchers studying algorithmic management (AM) at work in Sweden, Finland, Canada, USA, Australia, and Spain.
We have multidisciplinary expertise in areas such as human-computer-interaction, cognitive ergonomics, labor economics, political science, occupational epidemiology, comparative labor law, industrial relations, work organization and psychology. Our multidisciplinary approach strengthens our ability to study this complex and evolving phenomenon.
The consortium has a strong involvement with interested parties such as Swedish government agencies and social partners, and enjoys support from the UN, international labor market statisticians, labor inspectorates, and trade unions.
