PhD student conduting my doctoral project in ALGOSH: Algorithmic management at work - challenges, opportunities and strategies for occupational health, safety and well-being (funded by Forte 2023 - 2029). The project investigates if and how algorithmic management - that is, when digital technologies augment or automate managment functions in the orgization of work - affects occupational health, safety and well-being. Specifically, to explore potential health effects of algorithmic management I use qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods, conducting case studies as well as national surveys.
