Ruben Lind

PhD student in ALGOSH: Algorithmic management and occupational safety, health, and wellbeing. Within this international and interdisciplinary research program I study the prevalence and effects of algorithmic management (the use of digital tools to organise and control work) on occupational safety and health. My research focuses on the Swedish labor market and the logistics sector, and I use qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods to understand the associations and mechanisms through which algorithmic management affects workers' safety and health.
