About the Division of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care
We teach and do research around the treatment of patients undergoing mostly advanced and major surgery as well as patients that are treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for life-threatening complications often leading to organ failure.
The Division of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care is led by Professor Olav Rooyackers who is also Head of Unit at the clinical research unit PMI Huddinge.
