Annual follow up
To make it easier to follow the progress of the doctoral student, NVS has its own form for the annual follow up. The form is used as a complement to the eISP and filled in in connection to the doctoral student's annual follow up.
Download the form, rename it to Annual follow up and year (for example Annual follow up 2022), fill in the information requested and upload it as an attachment under the tab 10. Documents.
Certificate of participation
The form is used as an attachment to form no 16 Reporting credit-bearing activities. Tick the box for either journal clubs, research seminars or workshops. One form per type of activity.
The form is signed by the responsible seminar leader or main supervisor.
