Certificate of participation
The form is used as an attachment to form no 16 Reporting credit-bearing activities. Tick the box for either journal clubs, research seminars or workshops. One form per type of activity.
The form is signed by the responsible seminar leader or main supervisor.
Template for research plan
The template is used as an attchment to the application for establishment of doctoral position.
