I conduct research on chronic diseases and digital solutions within primary care.

Research focus

By supervising four doctoral theses, a broad spectrum of research areas is covered: from cardiovascular diseases to digital monitoring of chronic conditions. My own research interest is to evaluate and test innovations in everyday clinical practice for both healthcare professionals and patients.

To accelerate the implementation of new workflows or digital services, we focus on research that originates in the clinic: we follow up participants in the 4D Diabetes project, evaluate the Coordinated Individual Plan (Samordnad Individuell Plan/SIPS) in primary care, and study the effects of early digi-physical support for breastfeeding.
