How do we work?

The work within JF-KBH is organized by the JF-KBH Steering Group (JF-KBH Steg), which consists of junior faculty academics representing all the divisions at KBH. JF-KBH Steg is led and coordinated by the JF-KBH Leadership, which includes a Chair, Vice Chairs, Secretary, and Treasurer. The work of the steering group is organized into different focus areas, represented by five Focus Groups. These Focus Groups are designed to target the key issues faced by Junior Faculty in KBH.
