- Väl inne ange deltagar id/studienr på formatet XX001, XX002, etc. Om patienten inte redan har kod välj ”Fill in new form”->”QoL” för att skapa enkätkoder (kan ta några sekunder)
- Man ser om patienten påbörjat fullföljt enkät för respektive enkättillfälle. Information om enkätsvar kontrolleras en gång i timmen så det kan vara en fördröjning från att en patient svarar tills det syns i systemet.

AMSTERDAM COGNITION SCAN
Amsterdam Cognition Scan (ACS) is an online cognitive test. It measures several of cognitive domains. In the Neo-ACT trial, patients receive links to ACS at two time-points (baseline and 1 year after surgery).
