SweJEM: Apply here
If you want to use one of the JEM:s, you can send an email to the functional mailbox SweJEM@ki.se and attach current application template. We will then get back to you with follow-up questions and when everything is settled, the application will be processed by the SweJEM board. When the application is approved a contract will be sent to the applicant. When the contract is signed by both parties, the JEM will be transferred to the applicant.

Dates for the SweJEM steering committee meetings
- 18 January (deadline to apply before the meeting is 11 January)
- 14 February (deadline to apply before the meeting is 7 February)
- 21 March (deadline to apply before the meeting is 14 March)
- 17 April (deadline to apply before the meeting is 10 April)
- 15 May (deadline to apply before the meeting is 8 May)
- 19 June (deadline to apply before the meeting is 12 June)
