About the Division of Audiology
The Division of Audiology belongs to the Department of Clinical Science, Intervention and Technology (CLINTEC). The division conducts training in hearing at different levels.
The Division of Audiology is responsible for the Audiology study programme , which is a 3-year full-time programme resulting in a degree of bachelor of science in audiology and a professional certification as an audiologist. The programme includes clinical education in close cooperation with the audiology clinic at the Karolinska University Hospital and with other authorized audiology clinics in the Stockholm county.
After completing a bachelor’s degree, it is possible to pursue a master of science in audiology. In Sweden, a master’s degree meets the entry requirement for doctoral studies.
