Core facilities at the Department of Medicine, Huddinge

The Department of Medicine, Huddinge (MedH), is hosting three core facilities at KI Campus Flemingsberg, providing service, recourses and competence to academic research.

ANA Futura BSL3 Core Facility

The ANA Futura BSL3 Core Facility has three culture rooms for work with airborne pathogens, and a dedicated room for FACS sorting. This facility is a resource for academia, health care and industry.

The BSL3 Core Facility is located in ANA Futura, Alfred Nobels Allé 8, 7th floor, Campus Flemingsberg.

Single Cell Core Facility of Flemingsberg Campus (SICOF)

The Single cell core facility for Flemingsberg campus (SICOF) is a state-of-the-art core facility that supports the Karolinska Institutet South Campus research community. The goal of SICOF is to facilitate the use of single cell/nuclei sequencing technologies for all researchers.

SICOF is located in the NEO research park, Blickagången 16, 7th floor, adjacent to Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge, Campus Flemingsberg.

MedH Flow Cytometry Core Facility (FACS)

The MedH Flow Cytometry Core Facility provide researchers opportunity for assisted and non-assisted flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting.

Facs is located at the 7th floor, the NEO research park in Huddinge, adjacent to Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge, Campus Flemingsberg.
