Maintenance service
Is the window stuck, is your fire alarm not working or are there any problems with the machines in the common areas? This is how to contact us if something needs attention in your apartment/room or in the common areas.
Maintenance service during office hours
Please login to the customer portal and submit your maintenance request in the portal. In the portal, you will find the maintenance service request form in the “Maintenance” section in the menu on the left hand side.
You will receive a confirmation once you have submitted the request. Your maintenance request will be handled as soon as possible.

Maintenance service after office hours
When there is no immediate risk, you should wait and contact KI Housing during office hours.
If an emergency situation occurs after office hours, read about on-call service for emergencies.
