Accommodation areas
Our accommodation areas are located on, or close to, KI Campus Solna and KI Campus Flemingsberg.
KI runs its own shuttle bus between the two campuses that is free for KI students and employees and there are bus and metro lines between the campuses and hospitals.
All rooms and apartments are furnished including basic cooking and household utensils.
Mattress, pillow and quilt are provided, but you need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Internet is provided in all areas except for the townhouses at Berzelius väg.
The standard voltage is 220V.

KI Residence Flemingsberg is located at Studentvägen/Alfred Nobels Allé on KI Campus Flemingsberg.
The accommodation types offered are studio apartments, shared three-bedroom apartments, shared two-bedroom apartments and family apartments.

KI Residence Solna is located at Fogdevreten 11-13 on KI Campus Solna.
KI Residence Solna consists of three buildings with studio apartments, studios with shared kitchen, shared 2-bedroom apartments and shared 4-bedroom apartments.

Dorm rooms ensuite located in student corridors in Pax, at Emmylundsvägen 1-3 in Solna. The rooms are 18 square meters and have a private bathroom. Access to a common kitchen, shared by 9-10 corridor mates.

Dorm rooms ensuite located in a student corridor at Strix, at Armégatan 32 in Solna. The rooms are 16 square meters and have a private bathroom. Access to a common kitchen, shared by 12 corridor mates.

4 small townhouses - SEK 10 800 per month
4 small townhouses for families located at Berzelius väg 2, on KI Campus Solna. Size 65 square meters. They are fully furnished and have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Access to a common laundry room.
The area will be closed for renovation during 2025 and is therefore currently not possible to apply for.

Applying for accommodation through KI Housing
Incoming international students and researchers within eligible categories who will be studying/working at Karolinska Institutet can apply for KI Housing accommodation.
