Instructions for the abstracts’ submission.

Deadline: April 20th, 2025

  • The abstract must be written in English.

  • max 250 words 

  • The abstract text must contain title, authors, and affiliations and should contain subheadings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.

  • All authors should be listed by “last name, first name”. The name of the presenting author should be indicated using bold font type. 

Affiliations should be listed using numbers in superscript: 
Author1 (A1), Author2 (B2), Author3 (C1)
