Participating researchers

This multi-disciplinary approach aims to develop biomarkers with clinical applications, ultimately benefiting patients. It is chaired by Caroline Graff and co-chaired by Caroline Ingre, supported by a steering group comprising representatives from the participating departments.

By fostering networking, we also aim to enhance the extensive Clinical FTD and ALS research across the Stockholm Region. This network will benefit several clinical institutions, including the Neurology and Cognitive Clinics at Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge and Solna, MDK's medical units for clinical genetics, neuropathology, and imaging, as well as the clinical trial units at for example SLSO (Academic Specialist Center Study Unit, Sabbatsberg) and Clinical Pharmacologogy Testing Unit, Karolinska Huddinge.

The network includes researchers from KI Solna (CMB, IMM), KI North (CNS, MMK, Onkpat), KI South (NVS, CLINTEC, Labmed), with support from researchers at KTH, Scilifelab, and Stockholm University and collaboration with Region Stockholm. New members are welcome.
