Clinical Genomics Stockholm Core Facility - user guidelines

The Clinical Genomics unit at Scilifelab is part of a national strategic initiative aimed at improving diagnostics in Sweden by introducing techniques based on large-scale DNA sequencing into the diagnostic arsenal. The work is done in close collaboration with the healthcare sector, represented by several clinics and clinic-affiliated researchers. A selection of the analyses at Clinical Genomics are accredited by SWEDAC according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
