Clinical Genomics Stockholm Unit at SciLifeLab is a research facility for large-scale genomics-based analyses using next-generation sequencing technologies. It supports research and tools for clinical care and aims to improve national microbial surveillance.
The Genomic Medicine Center Karolinska (GMCK) works closely with Clinical Genomics Stockholm and is run by the Department of Microbiology, Tumour and Cell Biology at KI and Medical Diagnostics Karolinska at Karolinska University Hospital.
