The interplay between circadian 3D genome organization and metabolism in complex diseases – Anita Göndör's Group

Our group combines basic research on 4D genome biology with translational research on circadian medicine. We thus aim at understanding the regulation of circadian transcription within the compartmentalised, 3D architecture of the nucleus and its role in adaptive responses. We moreover aim at uncovering how deregulated circadian genome organization contributes to complex diseases, such as cancer and endocrine-metabolic diseases.
