About me
- Associate Professor in Medical Genetics, Department of Oncology-Pathology, Karolinska Institutet, 2020
Professor at the University of Oslo, 2023
Research
- Our group combines basic research on 4D genome biology with translational research on circadian medicine. We thus aim at understanding the regulation of circadian transcription within the compartmentalised, 3D architecture of the nucleus and its role in adaptive responses. We moreover aim at uncovering how deregulated circadian genome organization contributes to complex diseases, such as cancer and endocrine-metabolic diseases.
