Center for Hematology and Regenerative Medicine (HERM)
Our vision is to bring together basic and clinical competences in cutting-edge research to gain understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms encompassing normal and dysregulated hematopoiesis or immune function, as well as immunotherapies against cancer. The ultimate goal is to translate novel scientific findings into the clinic, thereby improving patient care and outcome.

HERM Seminar Series
The Center for Hematology and Regenerative Medicine (HERM) organizes a seminar series with several interesting speakers and topics, often with international guests.
HERM Research groups and teams
The research groups and teams at the Center for Hematology and Regenerative Medicine (HERM) are located in Neo at KI Campus Flemingsberg. HERM is a platform-based research environment, in which equipment and space is shared between groups in order to enhance scientific collaboration cut-back on costs.
FACS facility
The Flow Cytometry Facility (FACS) is located in the Neo research building at KI Campus Flemingsberg. Flow cytometry is a central technology in biomedical research allowing multiparametric analysis and isolation of rare cell populations down to a single cell from complex cell mixtures.
