Centre for Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition branch

The newly established Clinical Nutrition branch at the Centre for nutrition was launched at a Kick-off event in April 2024.

Clinical nutrition is a discipline focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of nutritional and metabolic changes related to both acute and chronic diseases, as well as conditions caused by an imbalance of energy and nutrients.

Our aim is to collaborate with researchers across various fields where clinical nutrition can play a role in mitigating, treating, or preventing disease outcomes. Our primary research areas include precision nutrition and person-centered approaches.
