Archive - on paper
The course administrators are responsible for collecting material from the courses given at CNS to be archived in a so-called course file. The course file is submitted for archiving after each course is completed.
- Original documents must be archived. Copy material that you may need to go back and look at.
- Each separate course file is added to a course file cover. The cover is printed in A3 format and folded around the documents. Mark its content on the cover.
- Fill in the course acts cover.
- The course files are placed in archive-approved cartons (mark on the short side which courses they contain) and send to:

The course administrators are responsible for collecting material from the courses given at CNS to be archived in a so-called course file. The course file from a course is submitted for archiving after each course is completed.
- Contact our archivist after completing the course to get access to a folder on One drive.
- Upload your material and rename the folders by term, such as HT21.
- If possible, convert the documents to PDF/A.
- Fill in the cover of the course file
- Inform when the material has been uploaded.
