It can be reserved for up to 4 hours for social gatherings or personal events, while still remaining open to everyone. Please note that Residents Assistants have priority when booking The Spot for their social events. All tenants are expected to leave the area clean and tidy after use.

The Spot is a common area that can be used by all tenants living in KI Residence Solna.
In this space, our Residence Assistants organize social events to strengthen the sense of community among tenants in the area.
Tenants in this area are also welcome to book The Spot. However, please note that it is a shared space and remains accessible to all tenants at all times, meaning that a booking does not provide exclusive use of the room.
Terms and conditions
- Only KI Housing tenants residing in KI Residence Solna are eligible to book The Spot.
- Bookings for The Spot are limited to 4 hours.
- The Spot can be booked up to two months in advance.
- The Spot is a shared space and remains open to all tenants at all times. Booking a time does not provide exclusive access to the room.
- The Resident Assistants (RAs) have the highest priority when booking the Spot for their social events. This means their reservations take precedence over other requests, ensuring they can organize activities that support engagement and community among the tenants.
- The booking holder is responsible for tidying up after the visit, removing all trash and decorations, and ensuring the space is left in good condition.
