  • Babak is currently completing his final year in clinical specialization in
    neurology in Germany. Babak isamedical doctor, has a MPH in public health
    nutrition, and obtained his PhD at the Aging Research, Karolinska
    Institute. His major research interests include the impact of modifiable
    risk factors, especially nutritional and vascular risk factors, on dementia,
    stroke, cognitive performance, and structural brain changes in
    population-based as well as clinical-based studies.
