KIGene Core Facility - about us
KIGene- Genetic analysis and spatial biology is a well-established node at Karolinska Institutet (KI) with more than thirty years experiences of running a core facility. We offer a broad range of genetic analyses and platforms as well as state-of-the-art techniques for spatial profiling of RNA and proteins. Our users are mainly from KI and Karolinska University Hospital but also from other universities, hospitals and companies in Sweden and abroad.
