Research School in Health Science (FiH)

The Research School in Health Science is organised by Karolinska Institutet in collaboration with Region Stockholm. The goal is to strengthen education in health & care sciences at the doctoral level and to stimulate high-quality research. The focus area is intervention and implementation research.

A doctoral student place is sought in competition among the projects that have been granted funding. Admitted doctoral students are offered a cohesive structure with courses and targeted activities.

Summer School - Health science

Health Promotion and Prevention – The Future Pathway to Healthier Societies

Lübeck | May 6–8

This PhD Summer School focuses on advancing knowledge in health sciences, scientific argumentation, and peer feedback in a supportive setting. It also aims to strengthen collaboration within the Baltic Sea Region network.

- Application details will be available in mid-January.
- Participation is free of charge. PUF-V provides up to SEK 4,000 to support accommodation costs.
- Five doctoral students will be selected to participate.

Kick-off Research school HK25

On September 2, we held a kick-off for the Doctoral School in Health Sciences (FiH) with 14 doctoral students, eight of whom are from NVS and the rest from six other departments.
