At the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology we are committed to teaching and conducting internationally acclaimed, high-quality research in physiology, pharmacology, anesthesiology and intensive care. We have about 400 employees, more than 30 research groups, and 90 doctoral students.

About the jubilee
Celebrating in many ways
The anniversary year offers a variety of celebrations. The anniversary on 23 April, was a full day held for invited guests and representatives from the department, but even for those who were not there, the anniversary is marked in various ways, for example in Biomedicum and on the website. Furthermore, a new publication on the history of FyFa will be published shortly.
